Customer Service

Our dedicated Customer Service team is available between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Our team can provide support and assistance in several key areas:

  • Purchasing products
  • Quoting for products
  • Offering product advice (please note: for more complex products you will be referred to a Product Advisor)
  • Supplying contact details for your local Product Advisor
  • Providing speedy resolution to problems and issues


Warranty and repairs

All products come with a standard 2-year warranty. In this time, any repairs (except those relating to misuse) are provided to you free of charge.

Should your product require a repair outside its warranty period, please call our Customer Service team who will be more than happy to assist you.
